Miami University’s Middletown Campus is a regional campus of Miami University, a nationally ranked state university. The Middletown Campus is a non-residential commuter campus providing Miami University degree opportunities to a traditional and non-traditional student population in a four county region of southern Ohio.

Develop an original look for a mascot focused mural identifying a new student center wing in an existing building.

conclusion

After considering a number of concepts, a mid-century stylized design blending with the architecture of the campus held the boldest functional impact. The mural incorporates back lighting of a bold color, simple typography, the campus mascot within a steel structure.
